The Chilcano Cocktail is just a Moscow Mule with pisco instead of vodka. I don't understand why it isn't called a Lima Mule. Anyway, it is fine. Nothing special but tasty.
Chilcano Cocktail
- 2 ounces pisco
- 1/4 ounce lime juice
- 4 ounces ginger beer

Ooh! Good idea. I have a bottle of Pisco my dad brought me from Peru and I haven't been sure what to do with it.
ReplyDeleteLBee, The Chilcano Cocktail isn't a bad use of pisco but I think you'd do better with a Pisco Sour or inviting some friends over and making the Hibiscus Tea Sangria.
