Part-Time Lover
- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila (Espolon)
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake ingredients over ice; strain, over fresh ice, into a cocktail glass; garnish with grapefruit.
